The space is 14’ by 18’, small shade tree in middle. Need old sod removed, almost dead and weedy. Would like landscape fabric, then stone laid. Prefer 2 colours of stone in a pattern. Possibly a brick surrounding the perimeter to keep the stone from spreading to the sidewalk.
